Staying true to its mission, “To serve the underserved”, Prince Retail Group of Companies (PRG) conducts Localized Royalty Conventions to cater royalty customers who cannot join the regional conventions.
Prince Hypermart Opol had a blast as they get to experience their first-ever Localized Annual Royalty Convention last May 27, 2018. Though it was the first time, the event was able to gather 664 royal attendees. A good relationship between the store, customers and top members was built. Top customers were also surprised when they received gift packs. “Prince has excellent customer service”, an unidentified customer expressed. The store’s first time experience surely did not hold them back to attain the success!
Prince Hypermart Sindangan also had their first convention last May 24, 2018 with the theme “Palarong Pambansa”. For a start, the event was able to gather 215 Royalty Members and Sari-Sari Store Owners. The members were surprised by how PRG values each one of them. Some even promised to participate again on next year’s event. Meanwhile, the localized Royalty Convention in Prince Town Bayawan gathered a total of 365 royalty customers held on May 21, 2018. The highlight of the event was the Dance Palabas competition which was enjoyed by the participants.
The fun did not stop as Prince Hypermart Larena held its second Localized Royalty Convention last May 26, 2018. The event gathered 210 loyal Royalty Members, wholesalers and resellers.
All is well that ends well. The entire team headed by the Customer Marketing Department realized the importance of building and maintaining good customer relationship in exchange for their loyalty. Sticking with the company’s vision, “One Town, One Prince”, it became an idea to conduct a Localized Royalty Convention in every town that we are serving. – Sharolyn Adlawan
